Air Hockey • Shuffleboard • Table Football • Pac-Man Arcade • LED Lighting • Rope Barriers

Turn an ordinary event space into your own interactive Games Room with our Ultimate Games Room Package – a complete entertainment experience combining four of our most popular games with atmospheric lighting and VIP-style rope barriers.

This isn't simply a collection of games placed around a room. The package is designed to create a dedicated entertainment zone within your event, with LED lighting adding colour and atmosphere while rope barriers help define the Games Room from the surrounding venue.

Guests can go head-to-head on the 6ft Air Hockey Table, challenge each other over our 9ft Shuffleboard, compete on Table Football or step back into the arcade with our full-height Pac-Man machine.

Perfect for corporate events, milestone birthdays, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, Christmas parties and larger celebrations, it's a fantastic way to give guests something genuinely interactive to enjoy throughout the event.

What's Included?

Four Interactive Games

The package includes our 6ft Air Hockey Table, 9ft Shuffleboard, 4ft Table Football and 5.8ft Pac-Man Arcade Machine, providing a great mixture of competitive, social and retro gaming.

Atmospheric LED Games Room Lighting

6 × 1m RGB LED lighting bars are positioned around the Games Room to introduce colour and create a much more immersive atmosphere than standard venue lighting.

VIP Rope Barriers

3 pairs of rope barriers help define the Games Room area, giving the installation a more polished, intentional appearance while creating a clear entrance into the entertainment space.

More Than Just Games

One of the biggest advantages of this package is that it creates a second destination within your event.

While your DJ and dancefloor provide the main party atmosphere, the Games Room gives guests somewhere else to socialise and interact.

It works particularly well at larger events where you want different activities happening throughout the venue – and it's fantastic for mixed groups where not everybody wants to spend the entire evening dancing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all four games included?

Yes. You'll receive Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, Table Football and Pac-Man Arcade as part of the complete package.

Is the lighting included?

Yes. The package includes six RGB LED bars which we'll use to introduce atmospheric lighting around the Games Room.

Are the rope barriers included?

Yes. Three pairs of rope barriers are included to help define the entertainment area and give the Games Room a more premium finish.

Can adults use the games?

Definitely. This package is designed as event entertainment rather than children's soft play. It's particularly effective for adult birthdays, corporate parties and weddings as well as events with younger guests.

Is it suitable for corporate events?

Absolutely. In fact, this is one of the strongest uses for the package. The games encourage guests to interact naturally and create friendly competition, making it ideal for staff parties, Christmas events, networking evenings and company celebrations.

Can you set it up in a separate room?

Yes. If your venue has an adjoining room, lounge or breakout space, we can potentially transform it into a dedicated Games Room. This can create a brilliant contrast between the main party and gaming areas.

Can we have different lighting colours?

Yes. The RGB lighting can be configured to create different colours and complement your event styling or corporate branding.

How long can guests use the games?

Once the Games Room has been installed, guests can enjoy the equipment throughout your agreed hire period.

Can I add more games?

Subject to availability, additional games and entertainment equipment can be added to create an even larger setup.

Can it be used outdoors?

The package is primarily intended for indoor use. Installation may be possible inside a suitable fully enclosed marquee or covered structure where the equipment is protected from weather and moisture.

Is delivery included?

Delivery, professional installation and collection are calculated separately based on your venue location, access requirements and timings.
