Due to the scale of this backdrop, suitable venue space and ceiling height are essential.

We recommend allowing at least 6.5 metres of clear width for installation, with sufficient depth behind the top table or feature area.

For the full 4m height, your venue must have adequate ceiling clearance. Where ceiling height is restricted, the backdrop may be installed at a reduced height where the system and venue allow.

The backdrop is primarily intended for indoor use. Installation may be possible inside a suitable fully enclosed marquee or structure, subject to flooring, ceiling height, weather protection and safe installation requirements.

Is delivery included?

Delivery, professional installation and collection form part of our service but are charged separately from the backdrop hire price. Due to the size of this installation, costs are calculated based on your venue location, access, installation requirements and collection timings.
