The Presenter Package is designed primarily for small to medium-sized presentations and corporate events. For larger audiences, we can upgrade the PA, staging and microphone system accordingly.
Is the stage included?
Yes. The package includes a 2m wide x 1m deep professional stage section, creating a compact raised presentation area.
Does the package include a lectern?
Yes. A professional lectern is included and positioned on the stage ready for your presenter.
Is a microphone included?
Yes. One professional microphone is included as standard. Additional handheld, wireless or lapel microphones can be added where required.
Can I connect a laptop or play presentation audio?
Yes. The sound mixer allows additional audio sources to be connected where compatible. Let us know what equipment you'll be using beforehand so we can make sure the correct connections are available.
Can you provide music before and after the presentation?
Yes. Background music can be played through the PA system from a suitable audio source. We can discuss how you'd like this managed when planning the event.
What are the uplighters used for?
The four LED uplighters can be positioned around the stage or presentation area to add subtle lighting and help visually define the space. Colours can be selected to complement your event or company branding.
Can you provide a larger stage?
Absolutely. Our modular staging can be expanded to create larger presentation platforms for multiple speakers, panel discussions, awards ceremonies and more substantial productions.
Can you add TV screens or projection?
Yes. Large-format TV screens, projectors and presentation displays can be added to create a complete visual presentation setup.
Can additional microphones be added for Q&A?
Yes. Additional wireless handheld microphones are available and are particularly useful for audience Q&A sessions and panel discussions.
Is a technician included throughout the event?
The package includes professional installation and testing. On-site AV technicians and sound operation can be added separately where you require someone to manage microphones, presentation audio or other technical elements throughout the event.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, professional installation and collection are calculated separately based on your venue location, access requirements, timings and any additional equipment required.
