Disco Ball Hire Package

50cm Mirror Ball • Curved Stand • 2 × Fresnel Spotlights

Bring timeless disco atmosphere to your event with our Disco Ball Hire Package, featuring a statement 50cm mirror ball, elegant curved floor stand and two professional Fresnel spotlights to create the classic reflected-light effect that makes a mirror ball so impressive.

Rather than simply hanging a disco ball in the room, this complete freestanding setup creates a dedicated lighting feature that can be positioned where it will have the greatest impact. The curved stand suspends the mirror ball above the display, while two carefully positioned Fresnel spotlights illuminate the mirrored surface, sending hundreds of moving reflections around the surrounding walls, ceiling and dancefloor.

Perfect for weddings, birthday parties, corporate celebrations, Christmas events, proms and disco-themed parties, the setup works beautifully beside a dancefloor, DJ booth, stage or within a venue entrance.

Our team professionally delivers, positions and installs the complete system, including the lighting, ensuring everything is safely set up and ready before your event begins.

What's Included?

50cm Disco Mirror Ball

A large 50cm mirrored disco ball creates the centrepiece of the installation, reflecting points of light around your venue for that unmistakable classic disco effect.

Curved Disco Ball Stand

A stylish freestanding curved support suspends the mirror ball without requiring it to be attached to your venue's ceiling, making the installation suitable for a much wider range of event spaces.

2 × Fresnel Spotlights

Two professional Fresnel spotlights are carefully positioned and focused onto the mirror ball, producing the reflected light effect across the surrounding room, walls and ceiling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Disco Ball illuminated?

The mirror ball itself doesn't produce light. Instead, the included two Fresnel spotlights are focused onto the mirrored surface, creating hundreds of reflected points of light around the venue.

Does the Disco Ball rotate?

The final configuration will depend on the stand and installation being used for your event. We'll ensure the complete system is professionally set up to achieve the intended mirror ball effect.

Does it need to be attached to the ceiling?

No. This package includes our freestanding curved Disco Ball Stand, allowing the mirror ball to be suspended without needing to attach equipment directly to your venue ceiling.

How large is the Disco Ball?

The package includes a substantial 50cm diameter mirror ball, large enough to create an impressive feature without requiring a large-scale suspended installation.

Where does it look best?

The Disco Ball looks fantastic positioned beside or overlooking an LED dancefloor, near your DJ setup, alongside a stage or within a dedicated entertainment area.

Do the spotlights come with it?

Yes. Two Fresnel spotlights are included specifically to illuminate the mirror ball and create the reflected lighting effect.

Does the room need to be dark?

It doesn't need to be completely dark, but the effect becomes considerably more visible as the ambient room lighting is reduced. It's particularly effective during an evening party once the main venue lights have been dimmed.

Can I hire more than one Disco Ball?

Yes. Additional mirror ball installations may be available for larger events or more elaborate productions. Speak to us about the space you're looking to transform and we can recommend an appropriate setup.

Can it be combined with other lighting?

Absolutely. It works particularly well alongside moving heads, uplighting, dancefloor lighting and atmospheric haze, allowing the mirror ball to become part of a larger event lighting design.

Is it suitable for weddings?

Definitely. Mirror balls have become incredibly popular for modern wedding styling and work beautifully when paired with white dancefloors, draping and warm ambient lighting.

Is delivery included?

Delivery, professional installation and collection are calculated separately based on your venue location, access requirements and timings.
